Burger King Is Bringing Back A Highly-Rated Whopper

Burger King is honoring Halloween by resurrecting an old favorite. In October, Burger King will reintroduce the Ghost Pepper Whopper.

After its premiere in 2022, the terrifyingly hot Whopper will return to restaurants nationwide on October 12. The beef patty is topped with queso, jalapeos, bacon, and ghost pepper cheese.

The spicy goodness is sandwiched between two Halloween-themed orange buns (colored with paprika) and topped with black sesame seeds. More ghost pepper-flavored foods will be added to the menu.

The Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries will be available on October 12. Burger King's Chicken Fries are a popular snack, and the company has released two new varieties in the recent year.

The newest addition, Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries, are available in 4-, 8-, and 12-piece quantities with your choice of dipping sauce.

"Earlier in the year, we asked guests whether we should bring return the Ghost Pepper Whopper or introduce Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries," stated Burger King North America's Chief Marketing Officer in a press statement.

Royal Perks members may enjoy a Ghost Pepper Whopper, 4-piece Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries, small French fries, fountain Coke, and a Hershey's Sundae Pie for $13 from October 13 (which is a Friday this year) until Halloween.

With each Burger King purchase in Nashville, Tennessee, Las Vegas, Nevada, Charlotte, North Carolina, and Atlanta, Georgia, customers will get a $1 "Trick or Heat" bucket.

If you don't live in one of those metro areas, don't worry: Burger King is giving out limited-edition Halloween crowns with every purchase nationwide while supplies last.
